(2024–2025, acrylic on canvas)
The Periphery series moves within the field of tension between line, surface, and contrast, exploring visual thresholds where order begins to dissolve. Using a reduced, geometric visual language, the works negotiate architecturally suggestive structures that contain both system and disruption.
In this series, periphery is not about limitation, but about potential. The works reflect a desire to structure one's own inner landscape—within clearly defined image fields reminiscent of architectural floor plans. These constructions create order, offer orientation, yet remain permeable. Subtle transitions and delicate, intuitive elements interrupt the grid—allowing space for emotion and intuition in a controlled dosage.
Periphery visualizes the relationship between control and release, between stability and change. Every surface, every line becomes an element in the attempt to create structural clarity—while leaving open what resists full resolution.
